Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using X89. By registering or using the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
1. Agreement to Terms
1.1 These Terms and Conditions (‘Terms’) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (‘User’, ‘you’) and X89 Game (‘X89’, ‘we’, ‘us’, ‘our’) governing your use of the X89 gaming entertainment platform, including the Android app, iOS app, and web browser version (‘Platform’).
1.2 By creating an account, making a deposit, or accessing any part of the Platform, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these Terms in full. If you are acting on behalf of a business entity, you confirm you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
1.3 X89 may update these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify you by email or through a notice within the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes. If you do not accept the updated Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may close your account as described in Section 12.
2. Eligibility
2.1 You must be at least 18 years of age to use X89, or such higher minimum age as required by the laws of your state of residence in India. By registering, you confirm you meet this requirement.
2.2 You are solely responsible for determining whether using X89 is lawful in your state of residence. X89 Game does not guarantee legal access in all Indian states. If online real-money gaming is prohibited or restricted in your jurisdiction, you must not use the Platform.
2.3 Each individual may register and maintain only one account on X89. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is a serious violation of these Terms and will result in account termination and forfeiture of any balances.
2.4 X89 is available to Indian residents only. Access from outside India may be blocked or restricted at our discretion.
3. Account Registration
3.1 To access the Platform’s features, you must create an account by providing accurate, complete, and current information, including your legal name, mobile number, email address, and date of birth.
3.2 Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration is a violation of these Terms. X89 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close accounts where inaccurate information is identified, including after initial registration.
3.3 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your password and OTP. You must not share your credentials with any third party. X89 will never ask for your password through any communication channel.
3.4 You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify us immediately at [email protected].
3.5 X89 may require identity verification at any point, including during registration, before processing withdrawals, or where required by applicable law. This may include submission of government-issued ID, proof of address, or other documentation. Failure to complete verification may result in account restrictions or suspension.
4. Platform Usage
4.1 X89 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes, subject to these Terms.
4.2 You agree to use the Platform fairly and in good faith. This means playing games as intended, without using any technical exploit, software tool, algorithm, or automation to gain an unfair advantage.
4.3 The following activities are strictly prohibited on X89:
- Creating more than one account or registering on behalf of another person
- Using automated bots, scripts, macros, or any software to interact with the Platform
- Colluding with other users to manipulate game outcomes
- Attempting to access another user’s account without their consent
- Using the Platform for money laundering, fraud, or any unlawful financial activity
- Exploiting software bugs or errors for personal gain without reporting them to X89
- Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing conduct toward X89 staff or other users
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Platform
4.4 X89 reserves the right to investigate any account for suspected violations of these Terms. Where violations are confirmed, X89 may suspend or permanently close the account, withhold pending withdrawals pending investigation, and report conduct to relevant authorities where required by law.
5. Deposits and Withdrawals
5.1 X89 accepts deposits through UPI, bank transfer, and other payment methods listed within the Platform at the time of deposit. Accepted methods may change without prior notice.
5.2 Deposits are credited to your account upon successful payment confirmation. X89 is not responsible for delays caused by your bank or payment provider.
5.3 X89 processes withdrawal requests promptly. Most withdrawals are completed the same day; many process within hours of the request being submitted. Processing times may vary during high-volume periods or where additional verification is required.
5.4 Before your first withdrawal, and periodically thereafter, X89 may require identity verification including submission of a government-issued ID and bank account details matching your registered name. Withdrawals will not be processed until verification is complete.
5.5 Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply. Current limits are displayed within your account. These limits may vary based on your account status, verification level, and applicable regulations.
5.6 X89 reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal where fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms is suspected. In such cases, X89 will notify you and may request additional documentation. Funds under investigation may be held until the matter is resolved.
5.7 Only the registered account holder may request withdrawals. Funds may only be withdrawn to payment methods that are verified and registered in your name.
6. Bonuses and Promotions
6.1 X89 offers bonuses and promotions to new and existing users from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, and other incentives. Each promotion is subject to specific terms that are communicated at the time the offer is made.
6.2 Bonus terms may include minimum deposit requirements, play-through requirements (the number of times a bonus must be used before it can be withdrawn), eligible games, time limits, and maximum withdrawal limits. You must read and understand these terms before accepting a bonus.
6.3 X89 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time, with or without prior notice, including where a promotion is being misused or exploited.
6.4 Bonuses are personal and non-transferable. Creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus is a violation of these Terms and will result in account termination and forfeiture of any associated funds.
6.5 X89 reserves the right to reclaim any bonus or promotional credit where fraud or abuse is suspected, or where the applicable bonus terms have not been met.
7. Intellectual Property
7.1 All content on the X89 Platform — including software, game interfaces, graphics, text, logos, trademarks, sound effects, and audiovisual elements — is owned by or licensed to X89 Game. These are protected under the Copyright Act, 1957 and other applicable intellectual property laws in India.
7.2 Your right to use the Platform under these Terms does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property to you. You may not copy, distribute, modify, adapt, publish, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of X89 Game.
7.3 The name ‘X89’ and all associated branding are trademarks of X89 Game. You may not use these marks in any way that suggests affiliation with or endorsement by X89 Game without written permission.

8. User Content
8.1 You are solely responsible for any content you submit, post, or transmit through the Platform, including profile information, chat messages, or feedback (‘User Content’). User Content must not be unlawful, offensive, defamatory, or in violation of any third party’s rights.
8.2 By submitting User Content on X89, you grant X89 Game a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and worldwide licence to use, store, display, and modify that content for Platform operations, service improvement, and marketing purposes, unless you instruct us otherwise in writing.
8.3 X89 reserves the right to remove any User Content that violates these Terms or applicable law, without prior notice.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
9.1 The X89 Platform is provided on an ‘as is’ and ‘as available’ basis. X89 Game makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the Platform’s operation, availability, or fitness for any particular purpose.
9.2 X89 does not guarantee any specific outcome from gameplay. Results on the Platform depend on the nature of each game, which may involve elements of skill, chance, or both. Past performance does not indicate future results.
9.3 X89 does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, error-free, or free from technical interruptions. We take reasonable steps to maintain uptime and address issues promptly, but we cannot guarantee continuous access.
9.4 Nothing on the Platform constitutes financial advice, investment guidance, or a representation that gaming on X89 is a reliable source of income.
10. Limitation of Liability
10.1 To the fullest extent permitted under applicable Indian law, X89 Game’s total liability to you arising out of or in connection with these Terms, your account, or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.2 X89 Game shall not be liable for:
- Loss of winnings, profits, or revenue arising from technical failure, user error, or circumstances beyond our control
- Indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages of any kind
- Losses arising from your failure to maintain account security
- Losses arising from your use of the Platform in a jurisdiction where it is restricted or prohibited
- Service interruptions caused by third-party infrastructure, network outages, or force majeure events
10.3 This limitation of liability does not exclude or limit any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or other applicable Indian law.
11. Indemnification
11.1 You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless X89 Game, its directors, officers, employees, and service providers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, penalties, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your use of the Platform in a manner not permitted by these Terms
- Your submission of false, misleading, or fraudulent information
- Any claim by a third party arising from your conduct on the Platform
11.2 X89 Game reserves the right to assume exclusive control of any matter subject to indemnification. You agree to cooperate with X89 in defending any such claim.
12. Termination
12.1 X89 Game may suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms, provide false information, engage in fraudulent activity, or where required by law or regulation.
12.2 Where an account is terminated due to a proven breach of these Terms, X89 Game reserves the right to withhold any outstanding balance pending investigation. Where fraud or money laundering is confirmed, balances may be forfeited and the matter referred to relevant authorities.
12.3 You may close your account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Your request will be processed promptly. Any verified balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be refunded to your registered withdrawal method, subject to identity verification and the absence of any ongoing investigation.
12.4 Sections 7 (Intellectual Property), 10 (Limitation of Liability), 11 (Indemnification), and 13 (Governing Law) survive termination of these Terms and will remain in effect after your account is closed.
12.5 Upon account closure, your licence to use the Platform is revoked. You must uninstall the X89 app from your devices and cease all use of the Platform.
13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
13.1 These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located at India.
13.2 Before initiating formal legal proceedings, you agree to contact X89 Game at [email protected] and provide a written description of your dispute. X89 Game will make reasonable efforts to resolve the matter informally within 30 days of receiving your notice.
13.3 If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, and both parties agree, it may be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The language of arbitration shall be English. The seat of arbitration shall be [INSERT JURISDICTION].
14. Changes to These Terms
14.1 X89 Game may modify these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the updated Terms will be published on the Platform with a revised ‘Last Updated’ date.
14.2 Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect your rights or obligations — X89 will notify you by email (to your registered address) and/or through a notice displayed when you next log in, at least 7 days before the changes take effect.
14.3 If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must stop using the Platform before the effective date and may close your account as described in Section 12.3. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
